Use the article to answer Criterion A and B of Paper 2 type of questions on your OneNote Paper 2 activities page;

Criterion A: 
Part 1; Describe one social/ethical concern related to the IT system mentioned in the article

• Describe the main issue presented in the article.
• What extracts from the article supports your answer above.
• Describe any other reasons that supports your the issue mentioned

Part 2; Describe the relationship of one primary stakeholder to the IT system 

• Who is the main Primary stakeholder? (Person most impacted most by the technology)
• Name the technology / IT system that is being used by the primary stakeholder or used against the primary stakeholder.
• Describe how & which part of the IT system is used by the primary stakeholder

Criterion B

Part 1

 Describe, step by step, how the IT system mentioned in the article works;

• What is the IT system (Technology) to be described?
• Describe how the Input to the system works using new IT concepts/terminologies
• Describe how the Processing in the system works using new IT concepts/terminologies
• Describe how the Output from the system works using new IT concepts/terminologies
• Describe how the Storage in the system works using new IT concepts/terminologies
• Describe how the Networking/Security in the system works using new IT concepts/terminologies

Part 2

Explain the relationship between the IT system and the social/ethical concern described in Criterion A

• What (weaknesses/ gaps/ limitations/ technical problems) in the IT system can make the issue identified in Criterion A to be more (pronounced/ aggravated/ serious/ worst)

Tuesday Lesson 31/3/2020: Please complete Criterion C and Criterion D 

Criterion C: The impact of the social/ethical issue(s) on the stakeholders

Evaluate the impact of the social/ethical issues (IT system) on the relevant stakeholders

• Identify 3 explicit stakeholders and 1 implicit stakeholder that you plan to evaluate the impacts of the IT system on the them.
• For each stakeholder have two paragraphs; one evaluating the new positive impacts and the other the new negative impacts.
• The last paragraph should be a conclusion.

Criterion D:
Paragraph 1: 

• Describe the one problem resulting from the use of the IT system.
• What is the impact of the problem?
• State one solution to the one problem described

At least 2 paragraphs for this sections

• Describe in detail how the solution will work using the appropriate IT terminologies.
• NB Technical solutions should be describe with IT terms showing inputs, processing, storage, outputs.
• Non technical solutions should be supported with policies and actions required.

Paragraph 4:

•   Evaluate some positives strengths of the solution in solving the problem.
•   Evaluate some negatives of the solution in solving the problem.

Paragraph 5; Conclusion

• What  areas of the solution needs more development?
• What do you recommend for future development of the solution.
